A. For Games (Neon Circuit & Cognitive Challenge)

• Direct Collection: We do not directly collect, request, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) from users.
• Third-Party Collection: These free apps use third-party services (such as Google AdMob) that may automatically collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and app interaction data to display advertisements.

B. For Scheduling & Booking Utilities (Sal Biondo Pitching)

To provide scheduling, client registration, and roster management, we collect specific information that you voluntarily provide when creating an account:

• Account Credentials: Name, email address, and phone number (used strictly for account creation, login authentication, and booking notifications).
• Scheduling and Player Profiles: Parent/guardian account holders may optionally add player names, lesson history, and preferred times for the purpose of scheduling and tracking pitching lessons.
• No Advertising: This utility does not display advertisements, does not track your behavior across other apps, and does not share your data with advertising networks.

2. Third-Party Services and Data Processors

We share data with third-party service providers only as necessary to keep our apps functional and secure. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Depending on the app you use, data may be processed by:

• Google AdMob (Games Only): Used to provide personalized and non-personalized advertising. AdMob's data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Database & Hosting (Scheduling App Only): Secure cloud-based databases (such as Neon PostgreSQL) are used to host and safely protect your user accounts, calendar slots, and booking statuses.
• Authentication Services: Standard secure identity provider tools used to authenticate and protect user accounts during log in.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We take the privacy of young athletes and children very seriously.

• Our Games: Our gaming applications are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information through them.
• Our Scheduling Utility (Sal Biondo Pitching): While pitching lessons are frequently scheduled for youth athletes, only parents, legal guardians, or individuals over the age of 18 are permitted to create accounts or submit information.
  • We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts.
  • Any player profile data (such as a child's name or age) must be entered exclusively by a parent or legal guardian. This information is used strictly to manage the schedule and lesson roster for your pitching instructor.
  • If you believe a child under 13 has directly registered an account, please contact us immediately, and we will delete the account data.

4. User Rights and Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data.

• Account Deletion: Users of our scheduling utility can request the complete deletion of their account and all associated booking/player history at any time.
• Opt-Out (Games): You can opt out of personalized advertising in our gaming applications by adjusting the privacy settings on your iOS or Android device.
