Photos → PDF
Add images, put them in order, download one PDF. JPEGs are embedded byte-for-byte — not re-compressed — and you choose A4, Letter or the photo's own size.
Merge and PDF → image are next. Both need a PDF parser rather than a writer, so they will ship as
their own pages rather than half-working extras.
